The Drawbridge invests in real estate ventures and select operating businesses that deliver both financial performance and meaningful societal impact.

Established in 2012 the firm has focused on backing and building disruptive real estate platforms addressing structural imbalances in the London and UK housing market, including Property Week award-winning businesses Restoration London Group.

The Drawbridge has raised or directly invested over £150 million of debt and equity into real estate development opportunities with a pipeline of approximately £90 million Gross Development Value across assets in planning and under construction.

Since 2022 in response to the changing economic environment the strategy evolved toward the acquisition of long-term, high-yielding residential assets. With over £100m AUM currently the firm is approaching £1 billion AUM by 2030.
