Invested in and raised £5.4m for the conversion of a pub to 19 residential units and 4,000 sqft of retail.

Acquired the site and achieved planning to develop 8 retail units into 7 apartments, 1 house and 4,000 sqft of retail through £3m of investment.

Freight House

Acquired the site by investing £1.5m for the creation of a 24 bed PRS development, which we developed from an existing office building.
