After studying at the London School of Economics and receiving a ‘Highly Commended’ for his writings for Cambridge University, he became one of the UK’s youngest Property Week Award winners in 2018, building a £90m GDV development portfolio within five years. His experience spans complex new-build projects across office, residential, retail and co-living sectors.

Lorenzo Calzavara is Chief Operations Officer for The Drawbridge overseeing the day to day running of the firm and portfolio driving efficiencies. He successfully scaled a £30m private residential portfolio by his early 30s and with a background in planning undertook sophisticated development projects involving FTSE 100 companies. He is a stickler for process and detail and grew his london focused lettings and management business to over 200 units.
Matthew Winch

Matthew is the financial custodian of the firm, including compliance and structure. He qualified as an accountant at PwC before launching his investment banking career with UBS, WestLB and then $15bn hedge fund Caxton LLC which spanned 20 years. He has deep real estate experience having built a family owned Op Co and acted as CFO across a number national real estate businesses. He brings financial rigour, discipline and accountability to the firm.

Dipesh is a clinical operator overseeing finance operations, controls, and treasury strategy. He has held senior finance roles across BNP Paribas, VTB Capital and Henley Investment Management with experience spanning global banking, investment management and private equity real estate. With the utmost integrity he is a trusted advisor to founders and boards, Dipesh focuses on strengthening the financial infrastructure, management information and reporting required to support the scaling investment platform.
